本人是替更，今年1月至2月期間開工16日，申請政府的士
司機一次性津貼，但車主拒絕簽署運輸署的租車聲明。請問各
位師傅高見，請指教小弟。謝謝。

如果知道佢用別人名申請收錢，問車主知否甚麼是偽做文件給政府，是甚麼罪？叫佢問律師，比d時間2日咁要佢把錢退給您。否則ICAC，然後..........記得將結果回告大家。

原來開工十幾日申請疫情津貼是犯法的，你真是無知。當初運輸署規定衹有橙色司機証才可申請津貼，藍色証無效。你的正義人仕就呼天搶地說不公平。無事就唔換証，假說不知道，有着數就大聲疾呼。
