取消聯匯 港息急升樓價將挫
有人認為前金管局總裁傾向取消聯繫匯率，現在他又是遴選委員之一，新金管局總裁有機會取消聯繫匯率，我認為這是大塊文章，假如是真的，香港地產所受到衝擊會極大，首先，停留在香港資金會立刻離去，港元轉弱，利息上升，但樓價不會因為港元轉弱而上升，反而會因為利息上升而下跌，而現在香港與美國息差剛剛超過2厘，但資金離去，2厘絕對不能夠留住資金，究竟要加到幾多，我相信沒有一個專家能夠畀到一個肯定答案，到那時候，哪些用高成數按揭買樓的人就會面對利息上升及樓價下跌的壓力，雖然，我認為取消聯擊匯率的機會不大，但仍然要將我的憂慮說出來。
